摘    要:[目的]对几种SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳染色方法进行比较。[方法]从凝胶背景颜色、染色时间及灵敏度的角度对6种SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳快速染脱色方法进行比较研究,并对适用于椰子和油棕总蛋白质SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳的实用方法进行总结。[结果]方法 F最快速,条带清晰,染料及试剂都较少,是一种经济、快速、安全、实用的染色方法,整个过程仅需1 h左右。[结论]试验比较了几种SDSPAGE凝胶电泳染色方法,对进一步开展椰子和油棕蛋白质组学研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:[ Objective] To compare several SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis staining methods. [ Method] From perspective of gel background color, staining time and sensitivity, six SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis staining and destaining methods were compared, a suitable practical method of total protein SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis for coconut and oil palm was summarized. [ Result ] Method F is the fastest with clear band, less dyes and kit, which is an economy, rapid, safety, practical staining method. [ Conclusion] The study has significance on further research of coconut and oil palm proteomies.
