摘    要:[目的]研究苯胺对大蒜根尖细胞的遗传损伤效应。[方法]以不同浓度的苯胺为诱变剂,研究苯胺对大蒜根尖细胞的遗传毒性效应。[结果]随着苯胺处理浓度的增加,细胞有丝分裂指数呈下降趋势,并出现微核、双核、桥和断片等染色体畸变现象,且各畸变率呈上升趋势。[结论]苯胺是一种染色体诱变剂,具有一定的遗传毒性效应。

Genetic Damage of Aniline on Root Tip Cells of Allium sativum

Abstract:[ Objective ] The aim is to investigate the genotoxicity of aniline on root tip cells of Allium sativum. [ Method] Using different concentrations of aniline as mutagenic substance, the genotoxicity of aniline on root tip cells of AUium sativum was studied. [ Result] The results showed that aniline with all concentrations significantly decreased the mitotic index. With the concentration increasing, the cell mitotic index showed a decreasing trend, and the emergence of micronucleus, dual core, bridges and fragments of chromosomal aberration phenomenon, and the distortion rate showed an increasing trend. [ Conclusion ] It can be concluded that aniline is a chromosomal mutagen and has the genetic toxicity to the cells of Allium sativum root tip.
