| 摘 要： | 从生态移民管理文化的定义出发,分别以东方管理文化、国外管理文化为视角对生态移民管理文化进行了分析与思考,并在此基础上,提出了融合各方管理文化的我国生态移民管理文化在具体建设及实施过程中应该具有的特征和表现。

| Abstract: | Starting from the definition of ecological migration management culture, it was analyzed from perspective of eastern management cul- ture and foreign management culture. On the basis of this, features and performances of Chinese ecological migration management culture which integrates with different management culture in the specific construction process were put forward. |
