青钱柳营养器官总黄酮含量测定及分布规律研究

摘    要:对不同海拔、不同产地、不同生长月份的青钱柳营养器官中的总黄酮含量进行测定和分析,结果表明:青钱柳的根和茎总黄酮含量都随着海拔的升高呈先升后降之势,均以海拔690 m的含量最高,分别为67.818 4 mg/g、51.254 7 mg/g,叶中总黄酮含量随着海拔的升高呈锯齿形变化,以海拔915 m的含量最高,为46.930 2 mg/g,各营养器官总黄酮含量与海拔的相关性都不显著;不同产地青钱柳根、叶中总黄酮含量差异较大,其中产于靖安的含量最高,根、叶含量分别为59.816 2 mg/g、44.676 1 mg/g,产于修水的含量最低,根、叶含量分别为51.574 5 mg/g、33.721 4 mg/g,不同产地青钱柳茎中总黄酮含量差异不显著;同一植株不同月份青钱柳叶总黄酮含量差异较大,但未发现无明显的变化规律性,其中以7月份含量最高,达到49.347 mg/g.

Abstract:The determination and distribution of total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus vegetative organs from different altitudes, different origins, different months were studied in this study. The results indicated that the total flavonoids of Cyclocarya paliurus root and stem form different altitudes increased firstly, then decreased with the altitude increasing, samples form 690 m showed the highest content of total flavonoids, the highest in root was 67.818 4 mg/g, the highest in stem was 51. 254 7 mg/g. The total flavonoids of leaves changed in sawtooth form with altitude increasing, samples form 915 m showed the highest content of total flavonoids, it was 46.930 2 mg/g. The contents of total flavonoids in the root and leaf of Cyclocarya paliurus from different places differed from each other. Samples from Jing' an showed the highest content both in the root and leaf. The highest in root was 51.574 5 mg/g,the highest in leaf was 44.676 1 mg/g. Samples from Xiushui showed the lowest content both in the root and leaf. The lowest in the root was 51.574 5 mg/g, the lowest in the leaf was 33.721 4 mg/g. There was no significant difference in the total flavonoids contents of stems of Cyclocarya paliurus from different places. Difference in total flavonoids content was observed in the leaves sampled in different months. But the obvious regularity was not found in this experiment,samples picked in July showed the highest total flavonoids content,which was 49.347mg/g.
