| 摘 要： | 采用线粒体COⅡ基因为分子标记对中国南部4个台湾乳白蚁地理种群的遗传分化进行了初步研究。结果显示,4个地理种群共有9个多态位点和8种单倍型;种群间遗传分化统计量Fst与地理距离无显著相关。探讨了台湾乳白蚁种群分化的影响因素和相应的防治对策。

| Abstract: | Mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase II sequences from 4 geographical populations of Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki in South China was analyzed to illustrate their genetic differentiation.Totally,8 haplotypes were identified among the sequences,and 9 sites showed polymorphism.The values of Fst between populations did not accord with geographical distances.The possible factors influencing genetic differentiation and the corresponding measures to control this species were also discussed. |
