浅议北京市农机购置补贴过程中存在的问题及对策

为推进北京市农业机械化发展和都市型现代农业建设,对北京市连续实施农机购置补贴政策进行了回顾与探讨,在购机补贴政策的促动下,自2003年起,北京市耕种收综合机械化水平持续稳定增长,2007年达到66.63%。然而,在实施过程中仍存在一些问题,针对这些问题,提出了多措并举完善购机补贴实施机制和因地制宜全面加强政策引导的对策。
