| 摘 要： | 分子标记是继形态标记、细胞标记和生化标记之后发展起来的一种新的较为理想的遗传标记形式,由于该项技术具有快速、简便、通用性好、DNA用量少和标记的多态性高等优点,目前,已被国内外学者广泛用于植物遗传资源的诸多研究领域中。本文简要综述了该项技术在甜菜种质资源保存及研究中的应用。

| Abstract: | Mulecular genetic has been developped fast in recently years,molecular marking developped after appearance marker,cell marker and biochemical marker is new ideal form of genetic marker.Its advantages are fast and convenient,it is used general,the quantity of DNA used is few,polymorphic characteristics of marking is higher.Now scholar of abroad and home used it extensively in many realms of plant genetic resources.The chapter simply generalized this technique was used in preservation and research of germplasm resources of sugar beet. |
