| 摘 要： | 实验教学是分子生物学课程的重要组成部分。在硕士研究生分子生物学实验教学中,从精选实验内容、多种教学法的综合应用、注重实验技能的训练和建立多元化考评体系4个方面进行了探索,以期充分发挥实验课的作用,提高学生的动手能力。

| Abstract: | The experiment teaching is an important part of Molecular Biology course.To bringing the experimental course into full play and improve the postgraduate students＇ practical ability,some experiences are given including the choiceness of experimental content,the comprehensive application of various teaching methods,the training of experimental technique and the establishment of diversified appraisal system. |
