| 摘 要： | 本研究以5个有代表性的甘蓝型油菜品种(系)进行双列杂交设计,采用 Griffing 方法1和2分别对其主要的品质性状含油量、硫甙总量和蛋白质含量进行了配合力分析,同时对这些性状的杂种优势和劣势问题进行了一些讨论。结果表明,含油量有少量的杂种优势可供利用,蛋白质含量表现为完全的杂种劣势,而控制硫甙总量的基因系统的显性效应
