苎麻嫩枝扦插繁殖的理论和实践

首先研究了苎麻嫩枝扦插繁殖的机理。阐明了水分动态平衡;光合作用和有机营养;内源激素和外源激素之间的关系;温度效应;扦插介质的理化性质和探索了苎麻嫩枝不定根发生的组织学变化。然后,按照这些试验结果建立了苎麻嫩枝喷雾全光照扦插繁殖技术。而且进一步发展为工厂化育苗。这是苎麻无性繁殖的新途径。

The Theory and Practice of Shoot Cutting Propagation in Ramie

First,the mechanisms of shoot cutting propagation in ramie were studied,includingthe processes of dynamic water balance,photosynthesis and organic nutrition,the relation-ship between endogenous and exogenous phytohormones,the effect of temperature varia-tions the physical and chemical properties of transplanting medium and the histologicalchanges of adventitious root initiation in ramie shoot.Second,based on these experiment-al results,the technique of cutting propagation of ramie shoot(under spray and naturaldaylight)was established.And then,industrial raising of ramie seedling,a brand-new ap-proach of vegatative propagation,was developed.
