| 摘 要： | 以5个不结球白菜品种的花药为外植体,研究了低温预处理时间、不同采样时期、植物生长调节剂6-BA（6-benzyladenine）和NAA（naphthalene acetic acid）对花药萌发以及存活率的影响。结果表明：不结球白菜花药培养成活率因品种的不同而有所差异,华京的花药存活率较高;不同品种的不结球白菜适合的低温预处理时间也不同,华京适宜的低温预处理为1 d,而抗热605低温预处理5 d的效果较好;不添加6-BA和NAA的B5培养基更适合于花药的培养与成活。同时,不同的采样时期对花药的生活力有很大影响,4月下旬的花药生活力优于5月上中旬采样的花药。

| Abstract: | With the anthers of five non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties as explants,the effects of low-temperature pretreating time,different sampling periods,6-BA(6-benzyladenine) and NAA(naphthalene acetic acid) on germination and survival rate of anthers were studied.The results showed that the survival rate of cultured anthers varied with genotype.The cultivar Huajing had higher anther survival rate.Different cultivar had different appropriate time for the low-temperature pretreatment,and 1 day was suitable for ... |
