| 摘 要： | 历史名茶凤凰单丛（枞）茶,属乌龙茶类,实施了国家地理标志产品保护、注册了国家地理标志商标,原产于广东省潮州市潮安县凤凰镇乌岽山茶区。该文介绍国内外地理标志知识产权保护概况,探讨该乌龙茶的地理标志知识产权保护现状与发展对策,并建议：（1）登记国家农产品地理标志＂凤凰单丛（枞）茶;＂（2）建立国家推荐性标准《地理标志产品凤凰单丛（枞）茶;》（3）充分利用其＂地理标志产品专用标志＂与农业品牌类遗产＂凤凰单丛（枞）茶＂,整合潮州市潮安县的乌龙茶品牌;（4）凤凰单丛（枞）茶制作技艺,实施传统技艺类非物质文化遗产保护。
