摘    要:以棉花细胞质雄性不育系547A与恢复系2152R杂交获得的后代F2分离群体的293个单株为试材,进行遗传分析并利用SSR、STS标记技术筛选与育性恢复基因紧密连锁的分子标记.田间调查结果显示,恢复基因在F2群体的分离比例符合3∶1,证明恢复基因为一对显性基因.同时,共获得4个SSR标记和1个STS标记与恢复基因连锁,这...

Abstract:With 293 individuals of F2 segregation population from the crossing of CMS line 547A with restorer line 2125R as materials,the molecular markers linked to the fertility restorer gene were identified by SSR and STS techniques.The filed survey results showed that the segregation ratio of restorer gene was 3∶1,which confirmed that the fertility restorer genes were a pair of dominant genes.Additionally,4 SSR and 1 STS markers were identified to be closely linked to the restorer gene.This laid a foundation for breeding the strong heterosis restorer lines by molecular markers.
