摘    要:目的]为了测定云南省石屏县峰洞柑桔中的微量元素含量,为石屏柑桔资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。方法]采用干法灰化处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定蜂洞柑桔果肉、籽、果皮中10种微量元素Zn、Mn、Cu、Ni、Fe、Cr、Cd、Co、Pb和Hg的含量,并通过精密度试验和回收率试验测定该方法的相对标准偏差和回收率。结果]除部分元素未检出外,蜂洞柑桔果肉中各微量元素含量为:Fe>Cu>Mn>Pb>Ni>Cr;籽中各微量元素含量:Hg>Fe>Cu>Pb>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cr>Co;果皮各微量元素含量:Hg>Fe>Cu>Pb>Mn>Ni>Cr>Co。原子吸收光谱法中RSD值为0.22%~4.80%,回收率为101.0%~114.4%,其准确性好,且同一样品处理液可连续测定多种微量元素含量。结论]柑桔果皮、籽、果肉中人体必需元素Fe、Cu含量高,有毒元素含量低,具有很高的食用和药用价值。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to determine contents of trace elements in bee hole orange in Shiping county of Yunnan Province to provide references for further development and utilization of orange resources in Shiping county. Method] The samples were treated by dry-ashing method, the contents of 10 trace elements as Zn, Mn, Cu, Ni, Fe,Cr,Cd, Co,Pb and Hg in pulp, seed and pericarp of bee hole orange were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. And relative standard deviation and recovery rate of this method were determined by precision test and recovery test . Result] Except some undetected elements, contents of each trace elements in pulp of bee role orange were as follows: Fe>Cu>Mn>Pb>Ni>Cr, those in seed were Hg>Fe>Cu>Pb>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cr>Co, those in pericarp were Hg >Fe>Cu>Pb>Mn>Ni>Cr>Co. RSD value and recovery rate in atomic absorption spectrometry were 0.22 %~4.8 % and 101.0 %~114.4 %, respectively, which had good accuracy and the same sample treatment liquid could determine the contents of multiple trace elements continuously. Conclusion] Pericarp, seed and pulp of orange had high Fe and Cu contents of the essential elements in human body, low content of poisonous elements and had higher edible and medical values.
