| Abstract: | The deterioration of ecological environment in the west China with ethnic minorities will directly impact on the implementation of the west development strategy of Chinese government. It was proposed that the building of ecological environment in west China where many ethnic minority people live should be conducted on the basis of reinforcing education with regime culture, material culture, ideological and conceptual culture and ecological culture. |
