我国谷物色选机应用技术现状及发展趋势

摘    要:谷物色选机利用光电技术,根据颜色和形状的差别,从谷物中将颜色不正常或感染了病虫害的异色粒、被害粒以及石子等外来夹杂物检出并分离。为此,简单介绍了谷物色选机的工作原理、主要性能指标以及影响色选机工作性能的主要因素,并对我国色选机的应用技术现状和发展趋势进行了详细的分析,指出国产色选机在光电探测元件、光源光谱特性、双面色选技术、控制系统抗干扰能力等方面还需要进一步改进。

Abstract:Grain color selector with photoelectricity technology, is used to detect and separate the bad works from the grain compound, based on the differences of color and shape. Hence, this paper simply introduces its working principle, main properties, and major factors affecting the working principle, main properties, and major factors affecting the working properties of color selector, analyzes its present situation of the technology and developmental trends in detail, points out the weaknesses that need to be improved, such as photoelectricity detection component, characteristics of light spectrum, two-sided color selecting technology, and the anti-interference ability of control system.
