摘    要:本文探索了食品质量与安全专业实验教学的结构优化,实施的模式,内容的革新,实验标准、方法的运用。通过实验教学的改革可以,提高食品质量与安全专业方面人才的实验技能、实践能力,以满足社会对该专业人才的客观需求。

Abstract:The article explored on the model of the implementation,content innovation,experimental standard and methods using on experimental teaching system of the food quality and safety specialty.Through reforming of experiment teaching,it could improve experimental skills and practice ability talent of food quality and safety specialty to satisfy the demand of professional persons for society.
