玉米幼胚体细胞无性系植株再生及其移栽技术的研究

摘    要:以生产中广泛应用和具有利用前途的 CEE尖端齐等19个玉米自交系为供试材料,进行幼胚培养,通过愈伤组织的诱导,继代,分化和植株再生等阶段,已获得再生植株及其后代种子,对再生植株及其后代进行了观察,本项研究对影响玉米幼胚愈伤组织的诱导,分化,继代、植株再生及其移栽和正常化生长的因素进行了分析,其中CEE自交系胚性愈伤组织已继代14个月以上,仍能保持其胚性和分化能力,为利用体细胞无性系进行抗性变异体筛选的研究,建立了一个有效的再生系统。

Abstract:By immature embryo culture of 19 inbred lines of Maize that are promised and widely used in production, such as CEE, Jianduanqi, etc, plants and seeds have been obtained through thd process of callus induction, subculture, differentiation regeneration and transplantation, Variations of the regener- ated plants and their second or third generation in the field have been observed. The embryogenetic calli of CEE have been subculturecd for about fourteen mouths and still maintain their embryogeny and differentiation ability. A system of plant regeneration has been set up for further studies on somaclonal va- riation and resistant-mutant selection.
