| 摘 要： | 无菌取病鸽的心脏、肝脏、肺脏、脾脏及肾脏等组织病料，进行细菌的分离培养与鉴定，结合临床症状和剖解病变，确诊病鸽为鸡白痢沙门氏菌感染。对分离菌株进行药敏试验，该菌对丁胺卡那、庆大霉素等敏感。

| Abstract: | Heart, liver, lung, spleen and kidney were obtained from sick pigeons by serile method, and then the pathogenic bacteria were isolated, cultured and identied. According to the clinical symptom, pathological changes and laboratory diagnosis, we therefore concluded that infection of Salmonella pullorum was the cause of disease for pigeons. Susceptibility test were also performed. The aim of the study was to precaution and treatment Pigens when pigeons were infected by Salmonella pullorum. |
