摘    要:采用生物测定与生理生化方法,研究不同杀虫剂胁迫下小白菜B.campestris体内的蛋白质和可溶性糖含量变化,以及对黄曲条跳甲(P.striolata)取食的影响.结果显示,杀虫剂处理对小白菜体内蛋白质含量的影响不显著,但对小白菜体内可溶性糖含量的影响显著.统计分析表明,杀虫剂处理后,黄曲条跳甲对小白菜的取食与植株体内蛋白质含量呈显著的负相关(P<0.05),与小白菜的可溶性糖含量呈极显著的正相关(P<0.01).

Abstract:The striped flea beetle, Phyllotreta striolata (Fabricius), is a major crucifer specific pest, spreads widely across the world. The beetles infest many crucifers like mustard, turnip, radish, and related weeds, and with the planting area of crucifers larger than ever, the problem of its continuous damages to the vegetables by P. striolata is becoming more serious in the south of China, from which a heavy economic loss results every year.
