利用水稻田间杂蔸率估算种子纯度试验

利用水稻杂蔸率估算杂株率进而得到种子纯度的方法已经被提出过,但至今没有实际应用的报道。对两个杂交品种的同批次种子进行了单本栽植的纯度鉴定,同时对销售给农户进行大田种植所产生的杂蔸情况进行了抽样调查,利用杂蔸率估算出杂株率,将得到的种子纯度结果与单本种植试验得到的纯度结果进行比较分析。结果表明,利用杂蔸率估算的结果与单本种植的纯度表现结果没有显著差异,证明利用田间杂蔸率估算种子纯度的方法是可行和有效的,可以在生产实践中推广应用。

A Test for Estimating Rice Seed Purity by Using the Impurity of Rice Stubble in Field

The method to estimate the purity of rice seed by the use of the impurity of rice stubble were suggested before,but there were not any reports about its application until now.The seeds produced at same time of the two varieties were planted in single seedling to identified the purity,and the impurity of rice stubble in farmers' field was investigated with some samples.The impurity of rice stubble was used to estimate the impurity of the seedlings.The purities from single seedling and impurity of rice stubble were compared.The result showed that there was not significant diversity between the two purities.It was proved that estimating the purity of rice seed through the impurity of rice stubble was practicable and useful in production of hybrid rice.
