对虾饵料粘合剂C1的初步研究

摘    要:鉴于对虾的摄食习性,因此对虾的配合饵料需要高粘合性能的粘合剂,我们用摸拟对虾摄食试验检验粘合剂C_1的性能,证明C_1不仅在静水浸泡10小时以上能够保持形状,而且经得住对虾的抱、钳摄食,不产生碎裂现象。配制饵料时,C_1最适用量试验结果表明,当投饵间隔不超过5小时,C_1用量为0.33%,若投饵间隔为10小时,C_1用量须大于或等于0.85%。分别用C_1配制的饵料与褐藻胶配制的饵料进行饲养对比试验,结果吃C_1饵料的对虾生长稍好于吃褐藻胶饵料的对虾。根据C_1初步试验结果,我们认为C_1能够应用于对虾配合饵料的生产,因此值得进一步研究C_1对于对虾营养的影响。

Abstract:Simulated feeding tests were conducted to investigate the stickiness of the binder C_1 in prawn feed.Results showed that feed mixed with C_1 still maintained its shape after the immersion in the stagnant water for over 10 hours.No disintergration was found when the feed was grasped and masticated by the animal.The optimum dosage of the binder C_1 was at 0.3 % level if the feeding interval was less than 5 hours; the level should be 0.85 % or more if the interval was 10 hours.The prawn fed on C_1 mixed feed grew a little better than those fed on algin mixed feed.
