| 摘 要： | 在对城镇建设用地需求量预测方法探讨的基础上,结合城镇存量建设用地专项调查成果,分析了城镇存量建设用地集约利用的潜力构成、面积;对肥东县城镇新增建设用地与存量潜力进行了统筹配置.其研究不仅为城镇建设用地需求量预测提供依据,而且为节约集约利用土地,科学制定新一轮土地利用总体规划修编方案提供参考.

| Abstract: | The predicting method on urban constructive land is discussed in this paper,adopting the means combined with the qualitative analysis and the quantitative calculation.On the basis of the potential investigation about the existing urban constructive land in Feidong,this paper analyses the potential composing and area of urban constructive land.Based on the analysis,we pose an allocation plan of demand and re-use potential on urban constructive land.The result of the study will provide the scientific reference and evidence to predicting land demand for urban constructive use and intensive utilization of land resource in the next land use planning. |
