摘    要:应用~(59)Fe示踪法研究不同施铁方式和配施不同肥料对柑桔吸收、运转铁的影响,揭示了埋瓶和涂叶的施用效果远胜于直接施入砂介质中(简称“直接施入”)的效果。在试验期内,涂叶、埋瓶的全株~(59)Fe吸收率分别为9.5%、25.5%,比直接施入高出2.4至8倍;而全株活性~(59)Fe比强分别是直接施入方式的4.8和46倍。在配施肥料中,醋酸和牛粪处理的效果优异,能增加桔株体内活性铁含量,尤其是配施醋酸,叶部活性铁强度(cpm/g)是直接施入的7.5倍。配施高磷、高钾肥料者,其植株体内活性铁含量均显著降低,特别是配施钾肥,其吸收率低至0.46%,只有对照的16%。

Abstract:59Fe tracing experiment was used to study the effect of different Fe-fertilizer application methods and Fe-fertilizer mixed with different materials on the rate of Fe uptake and transportation in citrus plant.The results showed that the 59Fe uptake rate of plant by sand application,embedded-bottle and foliar-smearing application was 2.81%,9.5% and 25.5% respectively.The treatments of embedded-bottle and foliar-smearing application were better than that of sand application.The specific activity of active 59Fe in citrus plant with embedded-bottle and foliar-smearing application was respectively 4.8 times and 46 times higher than that of active 59Fe with sand application.The results also showed that the active 59Fe content in citrus plant was raised considerably by Fe-fertilizer mixed with HAC and with cowdung.The intensity of active Fe in citrus leaves was 7.5 times higher by application of Fe-fertilizer mixed with HAC than by sand application.The active Fe in citrus plant was decreased by the treatments of Fe-fertilizer mixed with high P-fertilizer and with high K-fertilizer.The 59Fe uptake rate of citrus plant was very low in these treatments.It was only 0.46% in the high K-fertilizer treatment,only 16% of that of the control.
