不同基质不同部位对菊花扦插生根的影响

摘    要:温室条件下采用不同基质、不同配比和不同扦插部位进行菊花扦插育苗对比试验.结果表明:不同基质、不同配比和不同扦插部位对插穗生根影响差异显著.以草炭:珍珠岩=1:1和插穗顶梢扦插生根率最高,根部发育状况最好.

Abstract:The cutting experiment using different matrix composition and different position of Dranthdma morifium were performed in greenhouse condition. The results showed that different matrix, different composition and different positions of shoot has remarkable effect on the rooting occurrence. The best composition of matrix is 1 part grass charcoal plus 1 part pearlite and the best rooting position is base part of shoot.
