刺榆嫩茎叶的生药学研究

摘    要:对刺榆嫩茎叶进行了显微鉴定,并采用HPLC法测定了刺榆嫩茎叶中主要成分芦丁的含量.结果表明:刺榆嫩茎叶组织中有大型的分泌细胞,有众多的草酸钙簇晶和非腺毛,其中叶片主脉维管束为外韧型.主要成分为黄酮类物质,其中含芦丁0.09%,在0.05~0.45/μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.34%(RSD=0.6%,n=5).

Abstract:Microscopical identification of the tender stem and leaf of Hemiptelea davidii is studied,and the content of rutin in it is determined by HPLC.Result showed: there are large-scale secretory cells,numerous calcium oxalate cluster crystal and nonglandular hair in the tissue of the tender stem and leaf.The phloem of vascular bundle of primary vein on the leaf blade is located outside xylem.Main constituent of Hemiptelea davidii is rutin of flavonoid.
