| 摘 要： | 分析现有无卡轴旋切机加工中存在的弊端,结合生产实践和技术发展趋势,以8515单片机为核心,设计出一种适合不同型号无卡轴旋切机使用的控制系统.实际使用结果表明,该系统可达到用户的技术要求,提高设备的稳定性、可靠性和易操作性.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the defects of the current spindleless lathes.According to practical experience and the development of new technology,the authors have worked out a new computer controlled system suitable for different types of spindleless lathes.Practice showed that this system was able to meet users' requirements so as to enhance the stability,reliability and convenience of lathe machines. |
