大理州水污染变化趋势及其防治对策

摘    要:经过1996年和2000年两次排污申报登记,收集了大理州127家排污单位的排污资料。1994年废水达标率为9.46%,1999年为29.78%,2000年上升到47.04%,仍处于低水平阶段。其污染物以CODcr为主,全州排放总量,1996年40952t,1999年为11032t,2000年为8.053t,总体呈逐渐下降趋势。废水排放主要集中在大理市以及云龙、洱源、鹤庆3县。废水排放的大户为:造纸及纸制品业、化学纤维制造业、食品制造业、有色金属采矿业、纺织业等。并提出了今后水污染防治对策。

Abstract:According to the sewage records of 1996 and 2001, pollutant data of 127 units of Dali Prefecture were collected. The main pollutant is CODcr. The sewage release control spectrum is 9 46% qualified in 1994, 29 78% qualified in 1999, 47 04% qualified in 2000. So, the pollution control level is still very low. The sewage volume of the whole Prefecture is 40 952 ton in 1996, 11 032 ton in 1999, 8 053 ton in 2000. Take it as a whole, the volume is dropping down. The main volume is from Dali City, Yunlong County, Eryuan County and Heqing County. Most of the sewage is released by paper mill, chemical fiber factory, food processing factory, mining, textile mill etc. At last, the paper suggested water pollution control countermeasures for the future were put forward.
