河北省梨果贮藏产业发展现状及建议

对河北省泊头、辛集和晋州市重点企业梨果采收、分级、包装、预冷、贮藏、通风、销售及物流等环节发展现状和存在的问题进行了调研,检测了梨果贮藏库库温、果温、乙烯浓度、CO2浓度等指标;并对调研企业贮藏梨果进行了内在品质和虎皮、黑心发病率抽样调查;分析总结了河北省梨果贮藏保鲜产业中存在的主要问题,提出了未来的发展趋势,并就下一步发展规划提出了初步建议。

Development Status and Proposal of Pear Storage Industry ofHebei Province

n this study, the development status and problems of pear storage industry in Botou city, Xinji city and Jinzhou city were investigated, mainly including harvest, grading, packaging, precooling, storage, ventilation, marketing and logistics. In addition, the indexes like storage environment temperature, fruit temperature, ethylene and CO2 concentrations were detected, and sampling survey of pears stored in different enterprises was conducted for fruit inner quality, superfical scald and incidence of core browning as well. The main existed problems of pear postharvest storage in Hebei province were analyzed and concluded, the developing trend and future developing suggestions were pointed out.
