应用齿面微观修形改善轮齿接触的研究

摘    要:针对齿轮、轴、轴承和支撑受载变形后导致轮齿啮合发生错位问题,借助齿轮载荷分配程序,对齿轮啮合接触行为进行分析,并对接触斑点和接触载荷进行了预测和计算,最后应用齿面微观修形方法改善轮齿接触状况。通过对比修形前后接触斑点表明,经过合理的齿面微观修形,轮齿啮合接触位置和接触载荷都得到了很好地改善。

Abstract:Dynamic model and tooth flank micro-geometry modification method for involute helical cylindrical gears are studied in this paper.Aiming at the gear contact misalignment from the elastic deformation of gears,shafts,bearings and supporting case,with the help of the commercial load distribution program module,meshing and contact behavior of gears are analyzed;the contact pattern and the contact load are estimated and calculated respectively.Finally,applying tooth flank micro-geometry modification method,the t...
