A Discussion on the Enforcement Plan of Mountion and Plain Elegance Engineering in Shaanxi Province

Based on the working experience of many years,investigation and reading materials,the authors put forward a preliminary enforcement plan of building a mountain and plain elegantly engineering which is a trinity of ecological environment construction, adjustment of industrial structure and support of science and technology in Shaanxi,discuss the problem of which should be first settled on different type regions, avoids people’s lopsided understanding to the mountain and plain elegance engrneering, and can be regarded as a reference by government departments.
