| 摘 要： | 列宁和斯大林在其革命和政治活动中自始至终都关注“三农”问题，提出了一系列理论，并在前苏联社会主义建设过程中不断得到丰富和发展。重温列宁和斯大林有关“三农”问题的论述，对于解决我国社会主义初级阶段“三农”问题有一定的指导意义。
