"母犊素"对黄牛性别影响的研究

“母犊素”是一种生殖生理调控的激素类药品。喀什地区2004～2005年在6个县的68个冷配站实施“母犊素”的推广使用,目的在于改善冷配母牛母犊出生率偏低的现象,提高农牧民参与黄牛改良的积极性。项目实施参试牛只达3 500头,随机调查产犊头数1 618头,母犊率平均达到58．90％,比未使用“母犊素”处理的母牛产母犊率42．66％净提高16．24％,相对提高38．07％。试验证明,用“母犊素”处理配种母牛,不仅能大幅度提高母犊出生率,还能提高母牛的部分繁殖性能,值得在黄牛改良中推广应用。

Studies on Effects of Cow Calf Injection on the Sexof Yellow Cattle

"Cow Calf Injection" is a hormone analoge for reproductive physiology regulation. The extension of "Cow Calf Injection" in 68 frozen semen insemination stations of 6 counties in Kashigar region during 2004 and 2005 was to increase the cow calf birth rate of cows inseminated with frozen semen and thus promote the enthusiasm of farmers participating yellow cattle improvement project. The survey of 3500 female yellow cattle showed that the total number of calves was 1618 with the cow calves of 58. 9%, which was 16. 24% higher than those without using "Cow Calf Injection". The experiment indicated that the "Cow Calf Injection" could not only increase the percentage of female calves in the calving but also improving the reproductive performance of yellow cattle in the extension of yellow cattle improvement project.
