培养液容积,深度和更替时间对水牛牛巴贝斯虫体外培养的影响

摘    要:采用改进的微气静相培养技术,了培养液容积、深度、更替时间对体外培养牛巴贝斯虫的影响。结果表明:增减液层深度对牛巴贝斯虫的生长繁殖影响明显,理想的液层深度是6.2mm;在保持单位面积上培养液容量不变的情况下,培养容积大小对培养无影响;隔24h更换上清液,能使牛巴贝斯虫稳定地生长,延长更换增减液的时间能显著地抑制牛巴虫的生长繁殖。试验还在此基础上清液利用较大容积(16.0ml)对1株牛巴贝斯虫进行了长

Abstract:By adopting improved technique of microaerophilous stationary phase culture (MASP), the effects of medium volume, medium depth and replaceing medium interval on the growth of B. bovis were studied. The results showed that as long as medium depth was maintained at 6.2 mm, medium volume had no effect on growth; medium depth markedly influenced the growth of the parasites and the ideal optimum depth was 6.2 mm; the parasites could grow steadily when the up medium was replaced every 24 h, but a postponed replacement had significant deleterious effects on the growth. On the basis of the research mentioned above, one strain Babesia bovis , had beed continuously cultivated in 16.0 ml volume for 27 days and subcultured 8 times.
