筛选磷高效小麦种质的磷源液相控制释放系统建立的原理和方法

摘    要: 针对土壤溶液中磷素营养的特点,以小麦磷效率不同的典型基因型洛夫林10号和中国春等为材料,以Ca#-3(PO#-4)#-2为磷源,运用溶度积原理,首次建立了磷源液相控制释放系统这一磷营养缓冲液,用于对小麦不同磷效率基因型进行快速鉴定与筛选。结果表明,以Ca#-3(PO#-4)#-2为唯一磷源,外加0.75mmol/Lca#+[2+],在40d内就可实现对小麦不同基因型的筛选。从而否定了美国的Gerloff等的液培方法不能对植物磷效率基因型进行筛选与鉴定的结论。

Abstract:A controlled release system of P source in liquid phase was established in tri calcium phosphate and 0.75mmol/L Ca 2 , based on the principle of solubility product. The new system had as good buffering ability as soil solution and as low P concentration as soilsolution,too. Its buffering ability and P concentration could be increased by EDTA ( 0.1 mmol/L).Different from what the American scientist, Gerloff concluded, it is very effective for quickly (<40 days) screening wheat genotypes for efficient utilization of phosphate. Some typical genotypes from 500 varieties tested in the field experiment were studied in the system. The result was very similar to that of the field experiment. It suggested that the modified culture solution might be used for estimating and screening wheat genotypes for efficient utilization of phosphate.
