八倍体小黑麦与普通小麦(父本)杂交亲和性基因的研究

摘    要:八倍体小黑麦和普通小麦矮源作交本的杂交结实率,受一对部分显性基因"Cr-cr"控制。小黑麦Y1005F#-8含有crcr基因,杂交结实率高达40%以上;小黑麦Y1139F#-7含有CrCr基因,杂交结实率在10%以下。Cr-cr基因可能位于八倍体小黑麦的R组染色体上。它影响着向八倍体小黑麦导入普通小麦有利基因的效率。

Abstract:The seed setting percentage of cross combinations between octoploid triticale which were used as female parent and short straw common wheat was found to be controlled by a pair of allelic genes, Cr cr. The triticale Y1005F 8 with genotype "crcr" shows higher crossability of 40% more than the other strain Y1139F 7 with genotype "CrCr" which shows a much lower crossability of less than 10%. The genotype "Crcr" is heterozygous, whose crossabilities compared with common wheat vary from 10% to 40%. Most probably, the gene "Cr" is located on the R chromosomes. The presence of gene "Cr" makes enough population of plants selected which is essential to introduce the dwarfing genes from common wheat into triticale when crossing the triticale with common wheat.
