汞和葡萄糖对果蝇寿命和生殖力的影响

摘    要:研究了环境污染物汞离子(Hg2+)和葡萄糖对野生型果蝇寿命和生育力的影响。将果蝇随机分为5组,分别饲喂含不同浓度的Hg2+的培养基,并加10﹪葡萄糖处理,计算果蝇平均寿命,子代数量。结果显示随着Hg2+浓度的增加,雌雄果蝇的平均寿命逐渐缩短,子代减少,而10﹪葡萄糖对汞的毒害存在一定的拮抗效应,即对于汞中毒有一定的缓冲作用,故在紧急状况下可以用于无机汞中毒的治疗。

Effect of Hg2+ and Glucose on Life-span and Fertility of Fruit Fly

Abstract:This article is aim to study the effect of Hg2+ and glucose on life-span and fertility of Fruit Fly.The fruit fly were divided randomly into five groups and were fed with medium containing different concentration Hg2+ and 10% glucose respectively.The results showed that with the increase of Hg2+ concentration,the life span and the fecundity of the fruit fly decreased.However,10% glucose had significant antagonistic effect on Hg2+ poison.High Hg2+ concentration does harm to the fruit fly while the Hg2+ poisoning can be relieved by 10% of glucose.Therefore,in emergency situations,10% of glucose can be used for the treatment of inorganic mercury poisoning.
