地理信息系统在植物根系生长动态研究中的应用

摘    要:采用高分辨率数码相机获取植物根系的图像,应用GIS软件ARCVIEW测定根系的长度、纵截面积和平均根径.并且从标尺位置、根系的倾斜度两个方面讨论了该方法的误差大小.与目前的其他测定根长的方法相比.该法简单易行、准确、快速,较适合于根系的无损监测.

Abstract:This article introduced the method that determined root length, cross-sectional area and average root diameter through dealing with root images by ARCVIEW. The images were shot by digital camera. Then determination error was discussed from resolution of images, location of scale, inclining angle of roots and man-made factors and so on. It was found that there was few effect of resolution of images and man-made factors on the result measured and location of scale and inelining angle of roots would affect more. But on the condition the results precision would meet the research. Compared with others, the method procedure was simple, accurate and quick. Furthermore it could be used in undamaged dynamics research of root system.
