基于非稳态热探针法的稻谷导热系数的测定

摘    要:根据传热理论,导出探针法测定稻谷导热系数的数学模型。通过测定探针的升温速率,由上述数学模型计算出不同含水率稻谷的导热系数。实验结果表明,在常温下,产于我国南方地区的短粒型稻谷的导热系数随含水率的增加而增大。回归分析表明,短粒型稻谷的导热系数与含水率之间为线性关系。

Abstract:In this paper, the author firstly established a mathematical equation for measuring the thermal conductivity of the paddy by a tin heat probe on the basis of the heat transmission. Then through a determination of the temperature rising rate of a tin heat probe, the equation was employed for calculation of the thermal conductivities of paddy with different moisture contents. The results shown that the thermal conductivity of the paddy grains would rise with an increase in its moisture content. Finally, the conclusion could be drawn on the basis of regressing analysis that there is a linear relationship between thermal conductivity of paddy and its moisture content.
