武夷正山小种红茶独特品质成因概述

摘    要:正山小种(Lapsang souchong)红茶产于武夷山自然保护区自然生态环境中,它的加工工艺特殊,香气成分十分独特。具有浓郁的桂圆干香,香气含量明显高于区外茶叶。从茶叶品质化学特征分析看,其优异而独特品质与当地的特殊生态环境、传统加工工艺和茶叶群种有密切关系。

Abstract:Black tea Lapsang souchong grows in the typical nature environment of Wuyishan National Nature Reserve.The unique fragrance comes from the unusual processing technique.The special taste of the tea like longan smell is obviously stronger than that in the other reserve.The analysis of the tea composition using chemical method shows that the tea quality has close relation to local special ecological environment,traditional tea processing technique and different tea species.
