水分胁迫对斑茅不同无性系的影响

摘    要:以斑茅种5个不同无性系为试验材料,对水分胁迫下斑茅叶片和根的形态特征以及叶片中各种生理活性物质进行测定,同时对其抗旱性进行比较分析。结果表明:水分胁迫下叶片中脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)的含量显著提高,不同无性系间增幅不同;原生质膜透性增大,5个无性系间差异显著;青叶率、株高伤害率提高,叶面积减小;不同无性系的根系发达程度不同。

Abstract:Five clones of Saccharum arundinaceum Retz were adopted to measure the physiological activated substances in leaves and the configuration characteristics of leaves and roots under water-stress, and the drought-resistance of the clones was compared. The results showed that the content of proline(Pro), soluble sugar and malondiadehyde(MDA) in leaves were increased under the water-stress; plasma membrane permeability was also increased; but the efficiency of green leaves, the hurt of plant height and leaf area were decreased. The differences among clones were remarkable and different clones had different roots.
