大豆DNA对玉米籽粒蛋白质含量的影响

摘    要:报道了采用花粉管通道法转大豆DNA的玉米在自交选育2~3年后,玉米籽粒中的蛋白质含量变化。结果表明,大豆DNA可影响玉米籽粒的蛋白质含量。3个选出的玉米材料1DA5、5DB2和26DC1的总蛋白含量均比对照提高了3个百分点以上,使玉米籽粒的总蛋白质含量分别达到13.44%、12.84%、13.83%,且材料5DB2的醇溶蛋白在其总蛋白中所占的比例较对照降低了1.7%,而材料1DA5和26DC1的醇溶蛋白在其总蛋白中所占的比例均较对照明显提高。这说明,大豆DNA的转入引起玉米发生了不同的可遗传变异。

Abstract:The article report the variations in maize seed protein content and components are effected by introducing exogamous DNA from soybean through the pollen-tube pathway, and the maize was self-pollination in 2-3 years. The result shows that exogenous DNA from soybean could effect variations in maize seed protein content and components. Three maize (IDA 5, 5DB2 and 26DC1) total protein content increase more than 3%, they are 13.44%, 12.84%, 13.83 separately. And three maize protein components was changed, proportion of gliadin in total protein is decreased 1.7% in 5DB2, and proportion of gliadin in total protein is increased outstandingly. These show by introducing DNA from soybean could induce maize hereditary variations.
