摘    要:研究结果表明,在20 ℃条件下,硒浓度≤24.0 mg/L时,SOD、CAT、POD活性变化不大;晒浓度>24.0 mg/L时,POD活性有所升高;硒浓度为30.0 mg/L时,SOD活性有较大幅度的下降.4 ℃条件下,SOD、CAT活性较20 ℃时大幅下降;POD活性随硒浓度的增加而增加,在18.0 mg/L浓度时达到最大值.常温下适量的硒可提高SOD、POD及CAT的活性,最适处理浓度为18.0~24.0 mg/L.

Abstract:The relation change between SOD,POD and CAT activities in leave of Cardamine violifolia was not obvious when the selenium content of 24.0 mg/L at 20 ℃ condition.The POD activity raised when the selenium content of >24.0 mg/L,but the SOD activity dropped at the content=30.0 mg/L.At 4 ℃ condition,the SOD and CAT activity was degressive compared with 20 ℃.The POD activity increased with the increment of selenium content,reaching the most at selenium content=18.0 mg/L.Appropriate selenium can enhance activity of SOD,POD and CAT at normal temperature and the best chroma was 18.0~24.0 mg/L.
