摘    要:DB102是自然突变的多倍体水稻,利用它做母本,分别与两个二倍体水稻品种太空369和中作59进行杂交,获得到了来自同一母本的两个早世代稳定F2群体:718群体和736群体.田间观察这两个F2群体非常相似,如同一个组合.这两个群体的田间观测数据也非常相近,但是微卫星结果分析表明,这两个群体分别含有来自不同父本的多条染色体,且26个微卫星位点存在差异,这表明这两个群体中可能发生了基因沉默或失活.

Abstract:s:DB 102, spontaneously mutational polyploid, was used as maternal parent to cross with the two diploid rice Taiping 369 and Zhongzuo 59, forming the two early stable populations.718 population and 736 population. The F_2 plants of these two populations were observed to be the same,as if they were one combination and field observation datas were very close between two popolations. Although SSR showed each had different chromosomes from their different paternal parents, and 26 SSR loci produced poplymorphic bands between them. So gene silencing was induced happened in the two populations.
