SWOT Analysis of the Ecotourism Resource Exploiture in Southeastern Tibet

Based on the practical investigation, the author analyses the strength, disadvantage, opportunity and the threat of ecotourism resource exploiture in southeastern Tibet. This article points that the ecotourism resource in southeastern Tibet has obvious strength, though also has disadvantages, and has both opportunity and threat, the strength and the opportunity are the mainstream of the empoldering potential. As the tourism infrastructure and receiveing facilities of southeastern Tibet is continuously improved, tourism products are deeply empoldered, the intelligence is more and more and overseas investment and programs are introduced quite, the ecotourism resource strength in southeastern Tibet will be fully used, and ecotourism will be the supporting industry in southeastern Tibet.
