闽西地区猪伪狂犬野毒株感染的血清学调查

摘    要:美国IDEXX公司生产的PRV-gE(gE-ELISA)酶联免疫试剂盒,能对已免疫PR缺失gE的基因工程疫苗或未免疫的猪群,区分疫苗株和野毒株感染.2005~2007上半年,对闽西地区使用gE-基因缺失疫苗的规模化猪场母猪、仔猪和生长猪,不分健康状况,进行PR野毒株感染的血清学调查,结果显示2005年至2006年上半年,该地区母猪PR野毒感染阳性率较高,达41.5%和43.8%,2006年下半年至2007上半年,该地区母猪PR野毒感染阳性率有较大幅度的降低,且阴性猪场很多,阳性率分别是21.3%和13.3%.同时3年来对54个规模化猪场监测结果分析,各猪场阳性率差异很大,3年来猪场阳性率也呈大幅度下降,2007年上半年猪场阳性率仅为33.3%.对仔猪和生长猪的监测结果显示,阳性率比母猪大大降低,并且也呈下降的趋势.

Abstract:PRgE-ELISA testing reagent box of American IDEXX Company was proved to be effective to distinguish infection caused by vaccination or wild virus.Therefore,PRgE-ELISA method was used in this serological investigation of sows and growing pigs in intensive swine farms of western Fujian Province from 2005 to first half of 2007.Results showed that positive ratio of sows PR affection reached 41.5% and 43.8% in 2005 and first half year of 2006,which dropped to 21.3% and 13.3% in second half year of 2006 and first half year of 2007.Meanwhile,serological investigation of 54 intensive swine farms was made.Result suggested that positive farms decreased to 33.3% within three years and an obvious variation between farms was found.We also made a comparison between the swine and growing pigs and the same decreasing trend was found in growing pigs besides a lower positive rate.
