六味地黄丸药渣对土壤微生物的影响

摘    要:为探究六味地黄丸药物残渣对土壤肥力的改良作用,采用盆栽试验,在药渣施用1个月和2个月后分别采集土壤,运用传统微生物培养方法研究土壤微生物的分布规律,反映六味地黄丸药物残渣对土壤肥力的改良效果。结果表明,六味地黄丸药物残渣对土壤中所测细茵的生长均具有促进作用,较不添加任何物质的土壤而言,对细菌、固氮茵,尤其是对好气分解纤维素细菌的促进作用最明显,说明药渣显著提高了土壤微生物的活性,改善了土壤肥力,而且效果持久稳定。

Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill Residues on Soil Microorganism

Abstract:To explore the effect of Liuwei dihuang pill residues on sell fertility improvement,microbial variation was studied by using traditional microbiological culture methods after Liuwei dihuang pill residues were put into pot experimental soils for one month and two months ,which could reflect the functions of Liuwei dihuang pill residues on soil fertility improvement.The results showed that Liuwei dihuang pill residues had positive role on bacteria.Compared with the soil which didn't add any material ,Liuwei dihuang pill residue improved the number of bacteria,nitrogen-fixing bacteria, especially aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria in soil.Liuwei dihuang pill residues could improve soil fertility by promoting the activities of microbes in soil and last a long time.
