摘    要:以榉树(Zelkova schneideriana)叶片为外植体,先诱导愈伤组织的产生,再诱导愈伤组织分化出芽,研究榉树叶器官再生植株技术,结果表明:榉树叶片诱导出愈伤组织很容易,幼嫩叶片的诱导率可达到90%以上,而由愈伤组织诱导芽分化则相对较难,仅有10%左右的诱导率,老叶片诱导的愈伤无法再分化出芽。

Abstract:Leaf organ of Zelkova schneideriana was used as explants to induce callus, then differentiate and regenerate plantlets from callus. Plantlets regeneration technology was studied. Results showed that it was easy to induce callus from leaf organ of Zelkova schneideriana and the inducing ratio of callus could reach above 90% by using young leaves. It was difficult to differentiate and regenerate plantlets by indu cing callus. The ratio of callus differentiation was about 10%. Callus induced form old leaves could not differentiate and regenerate plantlets.
