中国水生蔬菜产业发展现状、存在问题及发展思路

水生蔬菜是我国区域性特色明显的优势农产品,被称为"中国特菜",在供给侧结构性改革背景下迎来了重大发展机遇。本文结合年鉴和调研情况,分析水生蔬菜的产业发展现状,发现水生蔬菜产业存在供给增长过快、产品单一、全产业链技术支撑不足、生产管理粗放、组织化程度低、生产成本高等问题,提出加强政策扶持、建设产业集群、加大科研投入、培育品牌、三产融合的发展思路。

Development Status,Problems and Development Ideas of Aquatic Vegetables Industry in China

Aquatic vegetables are dominant agricultural products with distinct regional characteristics in China which are called Chinese cuisine. They are facing a major development opportunity under the background of structural reform on the supply side. Basing on the Yearbook and investigation, this paper analyzed the present situation of aquatic vegetables industry development and production. It was found that the aquatic vegetables industry had some problems, such as excessive growth of supply, single product, insufficient technical support of the whole industry chain, extensive production management, low degree of organization and high production cost. This paper put forward the development ideas of strengthening policy support, building industrial clusters, increasing investment in scientific research, cultivating brands and integrating three industries.
