摘    要:采用常规SBR工艺和强化填料SBR工艺对高浓度制药废水进行了对比处理试验,在强化填料sBR工艺中采用活性炭和页岩陶粒两种填料进行对比处理试验。结果表明:强化填料SBR工艺与常规SBR工艺相比,COD去除率可提高近20%,缩短反应时间10h。宜采用非限制曝气的进水,最佳运行工艺为一周期28h,非限制曝气进水1h,反应25h,沉淀、排水和闲置2h。对于不同填料来说,活性炭优于页岩陶粒。

Abstract:High concentration pharmaceutical wastewater was treated by conventional SBR process and SBR added with bio-media process(SBRA) respectively to compare the treatment effect of the techniques.In the SBRA process,activated carbon or shale gravel were added.The result showed: compared with conventional SBR process,the SBRA process can increase COD removal efficiency about 20% and reduce reaction time about 10 hr;the unlimited aeration inflow pattern was more feasible;the best operation process of the SBRA consisted of 1 h unlimited aeration inflow,25 h reaction,2 h deposition,drain and layiing aside.Compared with gravel,activated carbon is better.
